Avantis4E\u00a0started operations\u00a0early 2009 in Dubai and has since\u00a0assisted companies, institutions and banks with 1) Organizational restructuring, 2) Change and Improvement Advice and Programs and 3)\u00a0with Training and Coaching services to\u00a0significantly improve the performance of their business processes\u00a0and their staff.<\/p>\n

Our diverse background and international management roles in Banking, Energy Finance, Oil & Gas Exploration has been instrumental in designing an innovative and unique approach to business process optimization in these sectors. With our proprietary Diagnostic and Expert Models\u00a9 we provided our clients with a transparent analysis and tools what can be improved in a cost effective and practical way.<\/p>\n
